Refund & Return Policy

You may return your order or item(s) for any of the following reasons: 

1.You received a damaged item(s) from BBHypermart.com

2.The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered

3.Return item(s) for exchange are acceptable with 20% re-stocking fee. Refund will be in store credit only. No cash refund.

You could snap a photo for the item(s) which have been damaged or not in order. The photo may sent via email : admin@bbhypermart.com or via WhatsApp 6012-323 2921. 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

1. It is within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

2. You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note or bank statement).

3. The goods must be in an as new condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.

4. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

5. All sealed items must not be opened

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please send the item(s) to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Courier Company to monitor your shipment to us.
 We will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 

We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items.

 

If your return is valid, we will process your replacement. All damage item(s) are for exchange only. No cash refund.


If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. Shipping charges for return are borne by customer.


Non-Returnable Items, such as listed below will not be acceptable for return or exchange once opened package / box (Unless faulty when receive):

2) Breast pumps, Breast Pump parts and accessories

3) Baby Bouncers

4) Baby Bottles

5) Baby Walker / Playpen

6) Baby Carrier / Baby Sling 

7) Bedding

For refund policy, when we discover the item purchased by the user is out of stock, we will immediate inform you via email or WhatsApp you and will be refunded to you within 2 - 7 business days. For customer pay via bank transfer we will refund to your bank account, you may reply on our notification email and attached with your account details.
